Since more than 25 years your favorite punk mailorder has been delivering you the best quality quick and cheap. Fair working conditions and justice are very important to us.

Impact Records was founded around 1990 by members of the German band Dödelhaie to release the first LP "Des Kanzlers Kadaver". Contacts to other DIY labels were made, and big punk festivals (the legendary "Hart & Schäbbich" and "Krampf" festivals) were organized, at with bands like Daily Terror, Razzia or Toxoplasma.

In the middle of the 90s, the first part of the "Willkommen zur Alptraummelodie" sampler series (with Wizo, Toxoplasma, Inferno, Razzia and many more) appeared, which brought the label national attention and in the following years Impact Records released bands such as English Dogs, Anti- Nowhere League, Razzia, Daily Terror, Toxoplasma, OHL, Super Nothing, Emergency, Sluts'N, Ausbruch, Upright Citizens, Dödelhaie and many more.

In addition to the label, the Impact Mailorder was also expanded; the first catalogs consisted of eight black and white copied sheets that were distributed at the self-organized festivals.

We have developed many of our own brands over the years in order to better control the quality and origin of our products. This is how the brands Dux, Tank Boots and Iron Shark came into being, including the Veggie Dux and the Veggie Tank, vegan boots made in Europe.
